We has a place - signing the lease in a couple of hours. We'll be in Goodsell St, St Peters. It's just off King St, 5 minutes walk to Newtown.

Yay yay yay. That's a huge stress removed. We're heading back to Melb tomorrow, then the house is put on a truck next Friday. We arrive in Syd next Sunday, the truck of stuff arrives the day after. Woo
