Studio 60

So after a long, looong day (double rehearsal for dress/tech run, wooo), we decided to catch up on a few episodes of Studio 60. Ow. Ow. There's still moments of good, sometimes even great. But there's a whole pile of "show me on the script where the bad man touched you" moments of pain. Why does Aaron Sorkin hurt me this way - writing TV is not an exercise in therapy for the writer!

For a show about a show, I'm liking 30 Rock. it's snappy, can often be quite surreal, and Alec Baldwin is brilliant.
