Say you have a NAB Internet Banking account, and you forget your password (because the stupid site made me change it, and I forgot to remember the new one). How do you think you go about changing your password? You might think "go into a branch" or "ring their helpdesk", but noooo, you'd be wrong. The correct way is to type in an incorrect password repeatedly until the site locks you out, then wait a bit and re-register for Internet Banking again.

Awesome. I had to ring up to find out this - and the first level helpdesk guy had to ring someone else to find this out. He did sound a little bit chastened by just how crackful a solution this is.
