From the same weblog, a piece about the trial of the Oklahoma judge accused of both using a penis pump and shaving his balls during trials:

Foster further testified that during a 2002 trial, she heard the pump "during the emotional testimony of a murdered toddler's grandfather." She continued: "The grandfather was getting real teary-eyed, and the judge was up there pumping on that pump. It was sickening."

zidane: what a clown

Well, that was a great final. Italy might have been outplayed for much of the game, but the French just couldn't get anything past them. And then... Zidane's headbutt. What. The. Fuck. At that level, with a game that important, he headbutted another player in the chest. What a total and utter clown. What an idiot. What a totally stupid way to finish your career (he was always going to retire after this world cup).

And now I'm going to try and get a few hours more sleep before work. Didn't end up walking round the corner to watch the match - it was way, way too cold.
