show update
Jun. 5th, 2005 11:18 pmIf you are planning on coming to see the show this week, please make sure you ring our lovely ticket lady and book. It's likely we'll be either quite full or sold out most nights. 9379 5348 is the number you need. (Update: As far as I know, we're not sold out on any nights yet)
Show update: It's going pretty well. From a tech point of view, this show is easy, there's bugger-all in the way of lighting changes or sound effects (particularly when compared to the last one, which was a beast). The cast has the show pretty much nailed now - any feedback they're getting from us is of the "very minor tweaks" variety. And everyone's getting along fine, which is excellent with a cast of 12.
Plus, Ivan bought us replacement headsets - the old ones were totally crap, and when they (frequently) fritzed out, they'd generate a huge amount of static in the earpiece, which was loud enough to both deafen you and be heard by the audience. New ones are so very much nicer.
