I think it's good that Baillieu gives listeners a choice. Either they can assume he's lying, in which case, well, he's a liar - or they can assume he's telling the truth, and is such an idiot that he doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about or the workings of his own party.

But he lets you be the judge. That's sweet.
